Planning a wedding is difficult, so I have broken down the photography part of it for you. Do you have any questions that aren't on here? Feel free to ask!
How do I book you?
I have a standard contract with a 20% reservation fee that secures your date, due 2 months before the wedding. The remaining balance is due the day of wedding. I currently accept cash or check.
Can we meet before the wedding?
Definitely! I love to meet with clients to better discuss details of the wedding. However, if you're not in the Asheville area I do phone and Skype consults.
How do I contact you directly?
I regularly check my email: ASEartistry10@gmail.com, and phone: 865.934.9400. If you would like to speak face-to-face but are not in the Asheville area, I am available on Skype: ase_photography.
Do you have a contract?
Yes, the contract details the photography services you get as well as fees and photo licensing.
Do I have copyright of the image?
Yes. We share a joint contract so that you can print your photos for your own personal use and I can include them in my portfolio.
How do I pay?
I accept cash or check for all photo sessions and weddings.
When do I pay?
I take a 20% down payment due 2 months before the wedding along with the signed contract. The rest of the payment is due by the day of the ceremony.
How many photos do I get?
Depending on the length of the wedding, you get 200-600 edited photos.
When can I see my photos?
I process each photo. Your finished collection should be online in a password protected gallery within 3 weeks for your viewing and print purchase.
What company do you use to print?
Zenfolio (my online gallery platform) partners with Mpix to create high quality prints and image your photos (IYP) for high quality products. I use Blurb to create your customized photo book.
How do I choose my prints?
With every photo package you get a personal private online gallery on my Zenfolio hosting site. Each photo in the collection has many print size and product options. With the Intermediate and Premium packages you get 5 8x10 and 20 4x6 free prints. You can order as many additional prints and products as you choose.
What if my family wants photos?
You may share the password to your private gallery with whomever you choose. From there they can also order as many prints and products as they would like.
When do I recieve my photo products from you?
You should recieve the full CD of photos and photo album in the mail 6 weeks after your wedding.
When do I recieve my photo products from Zenfolio?
Your prints and products should ship straight to you the day after you order them.
Will you blog about my wedding?
Yes, typically within a month of your wedding I will blog about our experience together on my blog: seriously-creative.blogspot.com. Occasionally I may also guest blog for Borrowed and Blue.
Do you do engagement photos seperate from wedding packages?
Perhaps your wedding is somewhere else, but you'd like engagement photos in our fair city of Asheville. No problem! As listed on my investment page, I do engagement shoots seperate from wedding packages for $300. However, if you are still looking for a wedding photographer, if you book me, engagement or bridal shoots are reduced to $100 an hour (saving $100 on average.)
